Summary
| Roster | Ten creators live by week 10, two added each step | Weeks 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 each bring two more, starting with the Joanne footie and Patoo® blanket. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Parents and gifters with real nurseries | Six personas, from the night-routine parent in the Joanne footie to the Briar gift box unboxer. |
| Production | Seven videos per creator per week | 303 videos a month at ten creators, across five formats from the Gift Box to the Haunted Mansion. |
| Pay | Three bands: $300, $500 or $800 base | Starter, Standard and Premium, with caps of $600, $1,000 and $1,500 per creator. |
| Bonus | A cap bonus plus $50 above 100,000 views | The cap bonus is $300, $500 or $700 by band; the views bonus is one per creator per month. |
| Compliance | A claims sheet of literal Posh Peanut lines | Creators quote 2-way branded zippers or 95% Viscose from Bamboo, 5% Spandex, and nothing else. |
| Rule for the category | Parents film kids, and paid posts are labelled | No health outcomes for bamboo pajamas, no comparisons, and the tutu stays polyester on camera. |
| Goal | $1.00 per 1,000 views | The simulator starts at $5.74 per 1,000 views, so the gap is stated up front. |
| Report | Every Monday, before you ask | Views, cost per 1,000 views and the top hook per format, from footies to Patoo® blankets. |
| Decision | Approve the claims sheet and the first ten creators | Your side: name the lead, sign off the sheet, confirm the $50 and $25 shipping lines. |

History
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
Same playbook as at Tabs, where I built the creator program to 100M monthly social impressions alongside the paid ad engine: a small roster, one hook library, losers killed early. Here it meets kids apparel, a category I have not run. I will learn it through the Posh Peanut catalogue, the claims sheet and the first ten creators.

Why now
3280
Reviews on one footie
The Joanne Footie Ruffled Zippered One Piece shows 3280 reviews at 4.9. That is a number a creator can point to when parents ask if other parents like it.
Published$50
A free shipping line to close on
Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50 gives every creator a clean closing line. Gift boxes do not count toward it, so gift-set clips must not promise it.
Published40%
A Halloween shop already in the nav
The nav lists Shop All Halloween, Posh-O-Ween and The Haunted Mansion, plus a 40% OFF Halloween* link, so seasonal clips have somewhere to land.

Principles
One variable per test
Each Joanne footie video changes one thing: the hook, the setting or the cut. Ten creators at seven videos a week give me clean reads on what moves.
Losers killed early
A Patoo® blanket hook that stalls in its first batch is cut and replaced. The hook library keeps the survivors, and $1.00 per 1,000 views is the one number to protect.
Claims come from the sheet
Creators quote Posh Peanut's own lines: 2-way branded zippers, 95% Viscose from Bamboo, 5% Spandex. Anything else goes to #claims-check before filming.
One channel for the work
Briefs, drafts and the Monday report live in one workspace, so a question about the Haunted Mansion outfits gets one answer that every creator sees.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MayaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: the Joanne Footie Ruffled Zippered One Piece. Open on the 2-way branded zippers at a midnight change. One take, parent's hands only, hook in the first three seconds.
AnaMon 11:15 AM
Can I say the Joanne footie is hypoallergenic for my daughter's sensitive skin?
No, that is a health claim and it is not on the sheet. Say "Designed with our ultra-soft Päpook® viscose from bamboo" and show the fabric.
Report botAppMon 9:00 AM
Weekly report: seven videos per creator, top hook was the Patoo® blanket flip. Two Gift Box clips cut early, one footie clip kept for paid testing.
MayaWed 2:10 PM
Draft back: the Disney Snow White Short Tutu Set clip says the whole set is bamboo. The tutu is 100% Polyester. Reshoot that line and keep the twirl.
Fixed. The new take says shirt and shorts only, and the tutu gets its own shot.
Report botAppThu 4:40 PM
The Briar Premium 3-Piece Gift Set with Box unboxing passed 100,000 views, organic only. $50 bonus flagged, held until the claims check clears.
MayaFri 10:00 AM
Check before Halloween posts go up: the Haunted Mansion links must match the nav, and the shipping line stays "Free Shipping above $50" until the $25 banner is confirmed.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Midnight footie change
“Midnight change? These two-way zippers make it a breeze.”
Film the Joanne Footie Ruffled Zippered One Piece on a changing table, close on the zipper, one take, parent's hands only.

Brief 02
Gift Box reveal
“Wait until you see what is inside this Posh Peanut gift box.”
Overhead on a table: lid off, tissue aside, show each piece and the headwrap that fits newborns to approximately 12 months.

Brief 03
Patoo® blanket flip
“Ruffled on the outside, Minky Plush on the inside.”
Handheld at the crib: flip the Patoo® blanket to show the exterior, then the Minky Plush lining, one continuous move.

Brief 04
Matching pajamas, parent and kid
“Mommy and me pajamas, from the same Posh Peanut print.”
Both in matching Posh Peanut pajamas on the couch: one wide shot, then a close shot on the print.

Brief 05
Haunted Mansion porch
“Haunted Mansion outfits, matched for the Halloween porch.”
Two kids in matching Disney The Haunted Mansion outfits, a parent behind the camera, porch or hallway, one steady take.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “2-way branded zippers”, “95% Viscose from Bamboo, 5% Spandex”, “Free Shipping above $50”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 14
Recruiting
Four sources in
Parents who already review it
The Joanne footie carries 4.9 across 3280 reviews. I would look for parents in that crowd who already film their kids at bedtime.
Nursery and new-parent feeds
Search Patoo® blanket and footie one-piece content, and recruit creators whose feed already looks like a Posh Peanut nursery.
Gift and baby-shower creators
Creators who style gift sets such as the Briar Premium 3-Piece Gift Set with Box and the Lana Leopard Tan Essential 2-Piece Gift Set.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on poshpeanut.com, so recruiting starts cold, with a one-page brief and the claims sheet.
Five filters, fewer each step
1An adult films the kids
The account owner is an adult, and children appear only with a parent or guardian behind the camera.
2The feed fits the product
Nurseries, bedtime routines, gift hauls or matching outfits where Posh Peanut footies fit naturally.
3Hook-first editing
The first seconds of their last videos earn a stop, with no slow intros.
4Clean claims record
No past posts with health promises about baby fabrics or sleep.
5Fast on revisions
They take a draft back and return it within a day, like the Snow White tutu fix.
Part 7 of 14
Who
Nursery builder
Films crib corners and styling; the Patoo® blanket is the hero of her nursery tour.
Likely product: Harriet Ruffled Luxette Plush Patoo® Blanket
Gift-box unboxer
Posts baby-shower hauls; the Briar set opens well on camera with box, wrap and ribbon.
Likely product: Briar Premium 3-Piece Gift Set with Box
Baby-shower buyer
Shows what to bring to a shower and why a boxed set makes a simple gift.
Likely product: Lana Leopard Tan Essential 2-Piece Gift Set with Box
Twirl-day mom
Plans dress-up days and parties around Disney princess outfits for her daughter.
Likely product: Disney Snow White Short Tutu Set
Matching-pajama mom
Films her own set next to her child's for a mother-and-kid pajama moment.
Likely product: Posh Botanica Women's Luxe Pajama Pant Set
Night-routine parent
Films the late changes and bedtime routine, with the zipper in close-up.
Likely product: Joanne Footie Ruffled Zippered One Piece
Left off, every time
Always left out: creators who make health promises about fabric or sleep, who compare Posh Peanut with other brands, who show children without a parent or guardian filming, or who will not label a paid post. Kids apparel is the category rule.

Claims

Footie and pajama clips where the fabric is on camera
“2-way branded zippers”
Midnight footie change, any Joanne footie clip
“Footed style with designer grips”
Footie close-ups of the sole and the grips
“95% Viscose from Bamboo, 5% Spandex”
Fabric close-ups, pajamas and Patoo® exteriors
“Fits Newborns to approximately 12 months”
Gift Box reveals, when the headwrap is shown
“Free Shipping above $50”
Closing line on non-gift-box videos
Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
Never say the bamboo fabric is hypoallergenic
A health outcome the brand has not made about its own fabric.
Never say it helps a baby sleep through the night
A health outcome tied to sleep, which the site does not state.
Never say it beats another brand's footies
A comparison. The sheet has none, and a creator cannot back one.
Never say it is safe for sensitive skin
A medical promise about skin, outside the brand's own wording.
Never say the tutu is made of bamboo
The site contradicts it: the tutu is a different fabric from the shirt and shorts.
Never say gift boxes ship free
The shipping terms exclude gift boxes from the free-shipping threshold.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
Free Shipping above $25
A second threshold sits next to the $50 line on the site; the lead confirms which one creators say.
40% OFF Halloween*
The asterisk implies terms that were not read, so a discount line waits for the lead.
60.00 BRL on the Disney Snow White Short Tutu Set
Prices show in a different currency from the shipping lines, so no creator quotes a price yet.
Part 10 of 14
Pay
Starter
$300–600
a month, by band
For a first-time creator who films one Joanne footie clip and learns the claims sheet.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
For a creator whose Patoo® blanket or gift-box clips hold up week after week.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
For the few who carry a whole Posh Peanut format and return drafts within a day.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One views bonus per creator per month: $50 flat for a video that passes 100,000 views.
- Per video: the bonus attaches to a single clip, such as one Haunted Mansion video, never to an average.
- Organic views only: views bought or boosted on a Posh Peanut clip do not count toward the threshold.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it crosses the line.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 14
Simulator
At ten creators the simulator lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1.00. It closes if 4.2% of videos go viral, or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 14, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Sheet, formats, first two creators
Claims sheet signed off on Posh Peanut's own lines, five formats briefed, first two creators live. Ramp is two creators at each step, ten by week 10.
Month 1
Ramp with Starter pay
Mostly ramp: new faces on Starter pay, seven videos per creator per week, first hook library built from the Joanne footie clips.
Month 2
Promote what holds
Standard band for creators whose Patoo® blanket or tutu-set clips hold up. Losers killed early, winners re-shot by a second creator.
Month 3
Premium for the few
Premium band for creators who repeat. At ten creators that is 303 videos a month, about 1.8M views in the simulator.
Day 90
Read it against $1.00
Compare the result with $1.00 per 1,000 views. Keep, cut or re-cast, and use the Monday reports to pick the Posh Peanut formats worth paid support.
Ceiling
Monthly ceiling: $15,000
Ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, reach $15,000. The simulator's base cost is $10,000 plus one $50 bonus, $10,050.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Category rules
Kids apparel rules on camera
Posh Peanut sells to parents, and the kids in the frame are the most sensitive part of the shoot. These six rules apply to every creator and every clip.
A parent or guardian films the child
Children appear in the Joanne footie, tutu-set and Haunted Mansion clips only with a parent or guardian behind the camera. No child runs the account or is named in full.
No health outcomes
Describe the fabric the way Posh Peanut does, as ultra-soft Päpook® viscose from bamboo. Never promise skin, sleep or allergy results from pajamas, footies or blankets.
Label every paid post
Each post made for pay carries the platform's paid-partnership label or a clear ad tag in the first line, including Patoo® blanket and Gift Box clips.
Disney names stay as written
Use product names exactly, such as Disney Snow White Short Tutu Set. Never imply that Disney endorses the creator or the clip.
Fabric facts are exact
Shirt and shorts in the tutu sets are 95% Viscose from Bamboo, 5% Spandex, and the tutu is 100% Polyester. Say it that way, never as one bamboo set.
Shipping and price lines come from the sheet
Say only "Free Shipping above $50", and never for gift boxes. Prices stay off camera until the 60.00 BRL question is confirmed.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
